Delivery times:

All orders will be processed as soon as possible by the team. Delivery times may vary in certain periods where the flow may be higher, for example during the holiday period or Christmas season.

With the Covid-19 pandemic delivery times may also extend during this period.

Exchanges and returns:

The main objective of Beatriz Brandão is the total satisfaction of its customers, so if you are not fully satisfied, you can request the exchange or return of the products during the 14 days after the date of receipt of the order. In order for the exchange or return to be successfully processed, you must take into account the following points:

  • The product must be closed in its original packaging.
  • You must ensure that together with the product follows all attachments, gifts, package leaflet, samples, among others, respecting the original shipping conditions.
  • Preserve the invoice

Payments:

Beatriz Brandão offers payments via PayPal, ATM and Bank Transfer.

Shipments:

Beatriz Brandão sends the products throughout the country with a fixed cost of 5.30€.

Beatriz Brandão has the right to change prices at any time.

Beatriz Brandão reserves the right to cancel an order (even after it is paid and confirmed) if a product is identified with an incorrect price, regardless of its cause (manual or computer error).
